Due to the digital nature of our products (PDF downloads), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the product has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. Issues regarding downloading capabilities will be discussed and sorted out at our earliest convenience.
2. Non-Refundable Items
All products sold on this website are physical and digital downloads, and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

3. Exceptions to Our Policy
